Deck to Porch: Join us as we discuss converting the appearance of the front of the house by removing an old, rotting square deck and replacing it with a full length front porch. In my opinion, a deck belongs at the back of a house or possibly the side, A nice front porch can absolutely dress up the front of any Home Oasis.
Covered or uncovered, that is the question you will have to ask yourself while both are an exceptional investment improving the curb appeal and enhancing the homes value. Front Door Transformation: In this case, we transformed the front entrance to our home from concrete steps to the front door to a cozy front porch with tons of curb appeal. The front door trim was also upgraded as part of the project with amazing results. With your imagination, a little creativity, and some motivation, it’s incredible what you can do and be proud of it!
And in the Back
A Back Porch for access and style: Many older homes have or had solid concrete steps going right up to the exterior door. Not the best situation , especially if you are carrying anything. Therefore, consider what it would be like to have a small porch instead. What a difference it makes adding charm and functionality to the entrance all at once. So, come check it out here:
A Deck or Patio for Dining or Just Hanging Out: A nice deck or patio area, large or small, can be used for a multitude of things in your Outdoor Oasis. Relaxing in Your Outdoor Oasis: Your Outdoor Oasis can be what ever you want it to be. Some people like to spend more time outside than others. Coming home after a hard days work, wouldn’t it be nice to fix a cocktail, glass of your favorite Fine Wine or grab any beverage and go outdoors onto a comfortable deck , porch or patio, relax and unwind and let the stress of the day fade away Depending on the season, there is always something to do outside.
