Bathrooms are an important part of our daily life and routines. Why not make them nice and appealing? From half, three quarters to full and small to large, bathrooms can be a place we enjoy going to.
Powder Room Remodel
Updating a powder room (half bath) up to a full bath can be taken on as a DIY project. It can be purely cosmetic such as paint and finishes or more complex involving new fixtures such as toilets and sinks with vanities.
For our first project we are going to upgrade a powder room including the fixtures and finishes totally updating the look and feel of the room.
If your powder room feels stuck in a different decade, it’s time for a refresh. Tub to Shower Transformation
Next, we are going to transform another bathroom by removing the bathtub and creating a tiled walk in shower with a sliding glass door. It is so much more functional! We also changed the sink and toilet and upgrade the flooring and walls.
To finish it off, new paint, the addition of wainscoting and new lighting and accessories creating an inviting space for all. See it done here:
Creating a Bathroom from Scratch
The largest bathroom project that we have tackled thus far is creating a bathroom from scratch on the second floor in an unused space with no plumbing what so ever and very limited electric.
We transform the space into a roomy bathroom with a sizable walk in shower with a bench, a double vanity, heated floors and we even had space for an upstairs laundry. What a luxury!
